The key to selling your house in 2019 is ensuring it is Priced To Sell Immediately. That way, your home will be seen by the greatest amount of buyers and will sell at a great price, while avoiding appraisal issues down the road.

    • Don’t Limit Access – Example; If your home is only available for a couple of hours a day. This is the most difficult way to be able to show your house to potential buyers. Buyers who are relocating for a new career or promotion may only have a day or two to tour homes. Because of this, they may not be able to plan their availability that far in advance or may be unable to wait 48 hours to see the home.
